We want you and your children to be excited with your new shoe purchase. If you are not happy and the shoes are not the right fit we are happy to provide a full refund on full priced items within 14 days of the original purchase or a store credit. Original receipts must be shown.

Please try on all shoes on a clean carpeted surface. When returning shoes they must be clean and unworn. The shoes must be returned in its original packaging and able to be resold.

Sale items are non-refundable, unless they are faulty.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is an error by Walk Kids Shoes.

Refunds are given back to the original form of payment.
